Job Description:

  We are seeking a dedicated professional to support individuals in regaining confidence and returning to meaningful work after injury or illness.

  As a trusted guide, you will be responsible for supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce. Your work will go beyond case management—you will help people rebuild their confidence, reconnect with their goals, and re-enter life with purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing care and compassion to clients, conducting meaningful assessments, and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
  • Collaborating with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
  • Identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocating for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
