  • You hold a tertiary qualification in rehabilitation counselling or psychology and are registered with relevant bodies.

You're a natural communicator, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are passionate about guiding individuals through complex life changes. Whether you're helping someone reimagine their career or advocating for a supportive workplace, you do it with heart and purpose.

The Role
  • You'll be the trusted guide supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce.
  • Your work will go beyond case management—you'll help people rebuild their confidence, reconnect with their goals, and re-enter life with purpose.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
  • Collaborating with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
  • Identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
