Job Coach Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Job Coach to join our team. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve their employment goals and successfully transition into meaningful and sustainable careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with presenting themselves well to potential employers
  • Understand clients' goals and link them with activities to enhance their skillsets
  • Utilize influencing skills to connect clients with employers and build employer relationships to secure employment
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Solutions-focused mindset with a positive attitude
  • Self-confidence and motivation
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Resilience, empathy, and a strong team player ethos
  • Current driver's license
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card and Police Clearance
  • Ability to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to employment
