Job Title: Senior Design Engineer

Job Description:

The position involves overseeing the conceptual and detailed engineering of solar projects.

  • Developing specifications for solar project development.
  • Collaborating with management to address engineering concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and conducting professional engineering work without direct supervision.
  • Consult, recommend, and advise on specialist engineering areas
  • Supervise and co-ordinate multi-disciplined design activities.
  • Control and manage technical interfaces between disciplines, with equipment suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Assist in the preparation of the forecast and the constructability of projects.
  • Supervise commissioning activities with the site commissioning teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field. Extensive experience in solar PV engineering, skilled in PVSyst, Cymcap, PVCase, RatedPower PV Design.

Strong analytical thinking, effective problem-solving, clear communication, comfortable working collaboratively in diverse teams, managing multiple projects, maintaining a strategic focus.
