Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Solutions Expert. The successful candidate will play a critical role in establishing technical credibility with clients, leveraging their expertise to envision and sell innovative solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with sales representatives and channel partners to define and communicate how we can best achieve our customers' goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing yourself as a subject matter expert on our products and ecosystem.
  • Strategizing with sales reps to help achieve target sales quotas.
  • Building strong relationships with prospects and establishing technical credibility to advance deals.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers and looking for opportunities to expand their product usage and improve their security posture.
  • Delivering successful proofs of concept, deployment planning, and technical consulting engagements.
  • Communicating evolving customer requirements to engineering and marketing teams.
  • Contributing to solutions development for new target markets and industries.
  • Improving the customer experience through conferences, workshops, and documentation.

You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes innovation, sustainability, and employee well-being. We offer a hybrid/onsite schedule, empowering employees to work from home or choose a flexible schedule that suits their needs.

As a native Polish speaker with excellent English skills, you will have the opportunity to work with customers remotely and in person. Ideally based in Poland, you will contribute to a fast-paced environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration.
