We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Goods Dispatch Coordinator.

This full-time position is based in Tasmania, Australia, and involves coordinating the dispatch and receiving of goods within our workshop.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse or manufacturing roles and be comfortable engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Scheduling transport for deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Completing all dispatch dockets and ensuring accurate consignment notes.
  • Communicating with the Customer Service team and providing updates on delivery schedules.
  • Raising issues related to stock delivery with the Operations Manager and Customer Service staff, and working collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Contributing to process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or transport scheduling role.
  • Successful completion of School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Exposure to building, construction, manufacturing, or other industrial backgrounds is highly advantageous.
