Job Title: Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-site or big box store with a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.
  • Maintain strong commercial acumen and manage multiple levels of performance including sales and profitability, inventory and labour.
  • Monitor and manage team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Ensure a positive experience for customers, upholding the brand to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
