Technical Expertise Consultant
Job Summary:- This role involves providing expert technical guidance to project teams in one or multiple areas of expertise.
- The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers and coordinate with construction management to ensure readiness for client handover.
- Provide in-depth technical analysis of design documents to support construction managers, superintendents, and contractors.
- Coordinate the execution of construction activities across assigned systems.
- Maintain liaison with design engineers to schedule and coordinate the release of construction design documents.
- Prepare detailed marked-up drawings and documentation for as-built records.
- Participate in pre-construction planning efforts during the development phases, including constructability review program coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 14 years of work-related experience; recognized certification or registration is preferred.
- Effective communication skills for various stakeholders, including management, colleagues, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
