As a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will be responsible for rebuilding and maintaining Caterpillar equipment to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rebuild and maintain transmissions, torque converters, diffs, final drives, wheel groups, and hydraulic cylinders to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve workshop goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guarantee high-quality workmanship in all aspects of your role.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to rigorous Occupational Health and Safety measures.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Leading Hand or in a similar position.
  • Automotive or Engineering Trade Certificate with component rebuild experience on Caterpillar equipment is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in computer skills with experience using Caterpillar SIS would be an advantage.
