Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customers' transactional banking needs
  • Processing transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, bank cheques, transfers, and CommFX
  • Completing financial health checks to assess customers' needs and identify opportunities for specific products or services
  • Assisting with cash and ATM procedures
  • Educating and demonstrating our digital banking options
