Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Security Installer/Service Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning and servicing of security systems, as well as diagnosing faults and managing customer relationships.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Installation, commissioning and servicing of security systems
  • Diagnosing faults and repairing or replacing equipment/cabling
  • Managing and maintaining existing and new customers
  • Providing support to other staff members when needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Inner Range - Integriti & Inception experience
  • Bosch experience
  • CCTV experience
  • WA Driver's License
  • WA Security License
  • ACMA Registration
  • Construction Industry Blue/White Card
  • EWP & SWH (advantage but not essential)
  • Certificate III in Telecommunications (advantage but not essential)
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Fully vaccinated
