- Analyze and resolve complex engineering and contractual issues to drive program success.
- Maintain ongoing oversight of program progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to create and manage high-performing teams.
- Extensive experience in program management, governance, and approval processes.
- Specialized knowledge in engineering and contracting.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
