Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Employment Consultants, modelling best practice through the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
- Deliver person-centred services that respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
- Oversee operations, compliance, and performance, driving continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with employers, creating inclusive opportunities and supporting sustainable employment outcomes.
- Develop referral pathways through connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
Requirements:
- A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.

- Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
