**Job Title:** Port Delivery Team Leader

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team leader to join our Operations & Delivery team in Sydney. As a Port Delivery Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services, managing a team, and ensuring efficient logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of direct reports to ensure effective processes at the Port (Shorex operations)
  • Guarantee proper resources to deliver operations and manage staffing accordingly
  • Develop and maintain continuous communication with cruise ships and stakeholders
  • Plan and book services for shore excursions at various ports of Australia
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High capacity to manage a team and deliver results
  • Ability to use MS Office tools to high standards
  • Comfortable leading change and resilient to ambiguity or setbacks
  • Able to solve problems independently and make suggestions for improvement
  • Agility to juggle strategic priorities/projects while delivering day-to-day operational logistics
  • A genuinely helpful, flexible, and professional personality
