The role of a Data Centre Security Officer is paramount in maintaining data integrity and ensuring exceptional customer service in sensitive settings.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure authorized personnel access restricted areas, maintaining a secure environment at all times.
  • Stay vigilant while monitoring security systems, including Class 5 alarms, duress alarms, and portal resets, responding promptly to incidents.
  • Act as the first responder to emergencies, administer First Aid when required, and manage the situation until assistance arrives.
  • Perform on-foot and CCTV patrols of assigned areas, identifying and addressing potential hazards to ensure ongoing security.
  • Write detailed shift reports and provide clear handovers for smooth operations and continuity.

Required Skills And Qualifications
