A high-profile public sector organisation is seeking an experienced SAP Security Lead to play a pivotal role in a large-scale ERP transformation involving SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, BTP, and integrated cloud solutions.

You'll lead end-to-end security planning and execution, ensuring robust Identity and Access Management (IAM), compliance, and stakeholder alignment across a complex SAP ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in high-stakes, multi-phase program environments.

About You

  • 10+ years' experience in SAP Security, IAM, and GRC within complex, enterprise environments.

  • Proven leadership in phased security implementations across multi-release ERP programs.

  • Deep understanding of SAP Cloud IAG, security architecture, and government compliance standards.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with executive and non-technical audiences.

  • Effective written and verbal communicator with strong documentation and planning skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Background in large-scale ERP implementations within Federal, State, or Local Government.

  • Experience supporting organisational change and security during transformations such as mergers or restructures.

  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and technical security compliance.
