About the Role

We're seeking an experienced software development expert with extensive backend integration experience to join our team as a Technical Lead. In this key position, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining integration solutions end-to-end, providing technical expertise to the broader team and contributing to the development of standards and best practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing and delivering integration solutions end-to-end, providing technical expertise to the broader team.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of technology and industry changes, contributing to discussions to improve existing solutions and leading by example.
  • Providing thought leadership, coaching, and guidance to engineers and squad members, helping to grow a high-performing technical team.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
  • Has extensive software development experience, particularly in backend integration work, with a proven track record of technical leadership.
  • Is well-versed in Boomi, including design, development, and ongoing support of integrations and APIs.
  • Is an effective communicator and influencer, able to build trust and communicate with technical and non-technical employees.
