Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced backend integration specialist to lead and mentor a team of engineers. In this role, you will design, build, enhance, maintain, and support event-driven solutions and APIs that deliver value to the business.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end integration solutions, providing technical expertise to the broader team, contributing to the development of standards and best practices, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integration solutions using backend technologies
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the broader team
  • Contribute to the development of organizational standards and best practices
  • Manage conflicting priorities across a diverse program of work

Requirements

  • Substantial software development experience with a focus on backend integration
  • Previous experience with Boomi, including design, development, and ongoing support of integrations and APIs
  • People leadership responsibilities and ability to build and lead a high-performing technical team
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
