Job Title: Office Allrounder

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for accounting and administration? We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our team in Penrith, Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, including ordering and processing invoices
  • Banking and financial transactions, including visiting the bank as needed
  • Restocking and ordering kitchen and bathroom supplies
  • Verifying schedules and dockets prior to invoicing
  • Generating invoices and credits
  • Managing debtor inquiries via phone or email
  • Filing and archiving monthly invoices
  • Monitoring the accounts receivable inbox
  • Assisting the sales and customer service team as needed
Requirements:
  • Entry-level experience with accounts payable and/or receivable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills and time management
  • A friendly and 'can-do' attitude to fit in with our team
  • Driver's license and own transport (public transport is limited)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
What We Offer:
  • Salary range: $55k - $65k + Super
  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Supportive and dynamic team environment with a focus on quality service
  • Location: Penrith area, Western Sydney with parking onsite
