Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Chief Executive Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or relevant degree qualification in related fields with 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and new product development;
  • Analyse costs, operations and forecast data to determine divisional department progress toward stated goals and objectives;
  • Assess departmental and company performance, reviewing achievements and shortcomings with department heads and devising plans for improvement;
  • Oversee production by reviewing operating reports and resolving problems to prevent operational delays and best meet growth objectives;
  • Authorise the funding of key projects and oversee their progress through process and performance reports as well as data and analysis;
  • Review operations and plans for sales planning to ascertain production or outsourcing requirements to develop new markets;
  • Assess market changes and respond accordingly by issuing commands through department heads;
  • Recruit, interview, manage and mentor direct report managers and communicate and embody the company's vision and values;
  • Negotiate on behalf of the company and represent the business at official engagements;
  • Authorise the preparation of financial reports, budgets and forecasts and present them to the Directors of the business.
