Data Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Open Data Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in supporting data quality and consistency.

  • You will conduct extensive web research to enrich and govern merchant data assets, performing high-volume data entry and validation with strong attention to detail.
  • You will manage Quality Assurance tasks and provide coaching and technical support to overseas teams.
  • You will assist with reporting and data analysis to support new business opportunities and existing client needs.
  • You will apply data wrangling techniques to clean, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis and operational use.

Requirements:

  • You must have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation tasks.
  • You must possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • You must be confident in collaborating with peers and managers across teams to drive shared outcomes.
  • You must have a continuous improvement mindset, focused on optimizing operational processes and workflows.
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have familiarity with SQL/Python.
