We are seeking an experienced Classroom Teacher to join our dedicated team at Holy Spirit Catholic Primary School, Carnes Hill. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students and inspiring them to reach their full potential.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position scheduled to commence on January 31st, with a base salary ranging from $85,000 to $122,100. In addition to your remuneration package valued at up to $136,142, you will also enjoy benefits such as salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually and a generous Employee Referral Program.

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in Education, meeting eligibility criteria according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Religious Education qualifications or willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to diverse student needs
  2. Demonstrate sound knowledge in developing a K-6 Curriculum and applying effective learning pedagogies
  3. Utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
  4. Employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
  5. Sustain an inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
  6. Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
  7. Integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences
