Lease Manager - Brisbane CBD

The successful candidate will be responsible for lease procurement and lease management, including financial tenancy management. Key objectives include:

  1. Assist with the delivery of leasing projects, including lease negotiation and lease management of a portfolio of leased buildings.
  2. Contribute towards the leasing team's planning and delivery of the supply of leased assets.
  3. Provide lease management advice to multi-disciplinary teams involved in commercial leasing.

This role involves contributing towards the development and implementation of policies, guidelines, and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be flexible in managing new and unexpected events, and demonstrate judgment about when to escalate issues.

A Queensland Government licence is required for this position. The successful candidate must meet the requirements specified in the attached job information sheet.
