About the Role

In this position you will join a collaborative team based in our Brisbane office. As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of the rental process—connecting prospective tenants with properties and ensuring a smooth leasing experience.

This role centres on delivering high-value service to clients and tenants by aligning with the broader business vision and maintaining a consultative, proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Interaction: Responding to enquiries, conducting property inspections, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Property Showings: Scheduling and hosting open homes and private viewings, highlighting key features of each property.
- Application Management: Processing tenancy applications, conducting reference checks, and liaising with landlords or property managers for approvals.
- Lease Administration: Preparing lease agreements, coordinating signings, and ensuring compliance with relevant tenancy legislation.
- Marketing Support: Assisting with property listings, photography, and advertising.
- Key & Database Management: Handling keys securely and maintaining accurate records in leasing systems.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is a high-level communicator who is customer-centric and proactive, as well as hold:

- Experience: Bringing proven expertise in property management operations, with a current Real Estate Certificate.
- Exceptional Customer Service: A solutions-focused professional who cares for residents and is committed to delivering outstanding service.
- Strong Communication: Clear, professional, and confident in both verbal and written communication, including formal notices.
- Excellent Organisation: Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Proactive Mindset that takes initiative and holds commitment.
- A team player who works well with internal teams and external stakeholders while managing tasks independently.
