We are seeking experienced occupational therapists to join our team in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.

  • To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist Casual position is responsible for providing occupational therapy services to patients and clients in a variety of settings, including acute care, rehabilitation, and community health.

As an occupational therapist, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment programs that promote functional independence and enhance quality of life.

You will also participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contribute to the development of treatment plans, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Clinical experience in occupational therapy, preferably in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in teaching and mentoring
