Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily activities, medication, and personal care needs.
  • Assist clients to develop skills and encourage independence, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver holistic care, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements
  • Current Police Screening Certificate.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Home & Community Care.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
  • Current Queensland driver's licence.
  • A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance.
  • Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough).
  • Good computer and mobile device skills.
