We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic technical specialist to join our national service division. As a technical specialist, you will play a key role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients.

The Role

As a technical specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  2. Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
  3. Working collaboratively with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems.
  4. Understanding and interpreting electrical schematics and other technical drawings.
  5. Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical/electronic equipment, including identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  6. Communicating effectively with customers and team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  7. Participating in training sessions and mentorship opportunities to develop skills and knowledge.
  8. Being open to travel, including on-site work at remote customer locations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant electrical/mechanical qualifications; degree in engineering or a related field (preferred but not essential).
