Strategic Product Leader

We are seeking a seasoned and astute Strategic Product Leader to spearhead key offerings within our MedTech portfolio.


The Role:

You will take full ownership of the product lifecycle, guiding critical decisions across product vision, development, and market execution.

  • Oversight of end-to-end product life cycle for core products
  • Development of road maps & market strategies ensuring compliance in a highly regulated industry
  • Analysis of market trends and insights to identify opportunities
  • Definition of pricing strategies to maximise ROI
  • Collaboration with R&D, Engineering, Regulatory and Commercial teams
  • Development of market insights via engagement with customers, clinicians & stakeholders
  • Definition of business cases, user requirements & performance metrics to support growth
Your Skills & Experience:
  • 5 yrs experience in Product Management across MedTech portfolios
  • Demonstrated understanding of clinical environments & regulatory compliance
  • Proven expertise in owning entire product lifecycle
  • Ability to translate customer need into viable product solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with strategic mindset
  • Excellent communication, prioritisation & stakeholder engagement skills
  • High EQ combined with ability to think critically
