Job Opportunity in Digital and IP Team

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in technology, data protection, privacy, intellectual property, competition, consumer, and commercial matters to join our Digital and IP team in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will have experience in complex commercial contracting, major IT procurements, outsourcing, as-a-service arrangements, and technology commercialisation projects.

Key responsibilities include supporting senior partners and the broader national Digital and IP team on a wide range of matters, contributing to high-quality transactions, technology commercialisation projects, and digital initiatives, and helping clients navigate emerging legal and regulatory challenges.

Requirements for this role include experience as a lawyer or senior associate in a front-end commercial TMT practice within a mid-to-large commercial firm, strong commercial, drafting, and technical skills, ability to provide clear, practical advice and build strong client relationships, and passion for technology, data protection, privacy, intellectual property, and emerging issues in the digital and TMT sectors.
