Senior Energy Contract Lawyer

We are seeking a qualified professional to accelerate their career within a wonderful team. This role involves drafting, negotiating and reviewing general commercial contracts and documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
- Advising on energy regulation including natural gas and electricity law and rules.
- Handling energy-related procurement, claims and disputes matters.
Responsibilities also include handling regulator investigations and assisting the Regulated Networks team with BAU matters.
Requirements:- Minimum 5+ years of experience in related industries.
- Extensive experience in general commercial contracting and related matters.
- Ability to provide timely advice on diverse matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
