Community Centre Leader Position

The Site Supervisor will play a pivotal role in fostering a welcoming environment at the Community Centre.

Key responsibilities include guiding staff, overseeing daily operations, collaborating with the Management Team and community partners, and providing direct support to family members.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of collective agreements, ability to work with diverse populations, and proficient skills in Microsoft Office software.

A Diploma in social services is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a senior supervisory role in the community sector.

The successful leader will work independently and collaboratively, promoting employee/service user engagement and service improvement while upholding a family-centered approach.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, from 11am to 7pm.
