Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Visionary to spearhead the evolution of our brand's visual identity across social media. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing creative campaign strategies that embody our values and educate customers on product benefits.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of developing brand identities, and ability to interact with high-profile influencers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy Development: Develop and execute creative campaign strategies that align with our brand's vision and values.
  • Brand Guidelines Maintenance: Maintain and evolve Brand Guidelines to reflect the aesthetic and market trends.
  • Digital Experience Enhancement: Oversee website reskins and implement UX/UI updates to enhance digital experience.
  • International Research: Conduct international research to adapt brand campaigns to regional trends.
  • Creative Efficiency Optimization: Innovate to optimize campaign spend and enhance creative efficiencies.
  • Social Media Management: Spearhead the evolution of the brand's visual identity across social media, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
  • Long-term Visual Storytelling: Develop and execute a long-term visual storytelling strategy for social media.
  • Analytics-driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of social and campaign strategies.
  • Production Management: Oversee production of campaign and eCommerce shoots, managing call sheets, schedules, talent casting, and image selection.
