Experienced Team Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Coordinator to manage our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service. As a Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- To ensure a safe and supportive environment for children that aligns with the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.
- To maintain a high-quality service that meets all regulatory and legislative requirements.
- To develop, deliver, and evaluate the service's program using the National Quality Framework.
- To manage employees at the service, including performance management and professional development.
- To lead recruitment activities for the service.
- To assume the position of Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader under the Children's Education and Care National Law.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
- Extensive skills, knowledge, and experience in OSHC, including demonstrated use of the My Time, Our Place framework and The Early Years Learning Framework.
- A current first aid certificate in an education and care setting.
- The ability to contribute to the development of OSHC policies and procedures.
- Highly effective interpersonal, leadership, and people management skills.
