Job Summary:

Schedule and manage elective surgeries to optimize surgical schedules and minimize delays.

This role involves utilizing specialist knowledge to develop and maintain accurate waitlists for surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elective Surgery Scheduling: Schedule and manage elective surgeries in accordance with Elective Surgery Services Implementation Standards
  • Waitlist Management: Develop and maintain accurate waitlists for surgical procedures
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize surgical schedules and minimize delays
  • ICARE2 Values: Apply ICARE2 values in decision-making and interactions with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders
