Elective Booking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Elective Booking Specialist to join our team. As an Elective Booking Specialist, you will play a key role in providing efficient elective booking services for the Queensland Children's Hospital operating suites and medical day unit.

About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate information and ensuring patients are booked accordingly.
  • Sourcing data and entering details on relevant systems accurately and timely.

You will work closely with patients, families, medical, nursing, and administration staff to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Efficiently managing and maintaining elective surgery waitlists.
  2. Ensuring category timeframes and policies are followed.
  3. Delivering quality outcomes for children, young people, and families.
