Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our logistics team as a courier allocator. You will be based at our Archerfield office, where you will play a key role in allocating work to owner drivers efficiently.

  • You will collaborate closely with our operations manager to address driver issues and ensure seamless communication with our customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Broad understanding of Southeast Queensland is preferred.
  • Familiarity with courier fleets and offsite vehicle management is ideal.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance and customer service skills are essential.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A current fleet controller or dispatcher experience.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • A high level of self-confidence and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
