We are seeking a proactive, results-driven individual to join our high-performing team in the beautiful Doncaster store. If you'd love to be part of a world-class service provider, we'd love to have you on board.

The Role

Our retail professionals work on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and Public Holidays. They are brand ambassadors, leading the success of the store by influencing sales, excelling in customer service, and sharing their knowledge of the product and brand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Influence and increase sales in a one-to-one selling environment
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV, and productivity
  • Learn and confidently share PANDORA product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
  • Encourage customer loyalty - discussing upcoming collection launches, obtaining customer data by offering e-receipts
  • Assist with product and POS deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store
  • Lead by example; coach and train newer members of the team
  • Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards; take pride in your environment
  • Operate the till system, handle financial transactions including returns and exchanges

Requirements

  • Strong selling skills, with experience in a retail environment with 1-1 sales experience preferable
  • Excellent communicator - Retail Assistants need to initiate contact and communicate confidently
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere
  • Positive, 'can-do' attitude, an individual who enjoys working as one part of a successful team
  • Customer-focused
