Graduate Occupational Therapist Opportunities

We are seeking passionate Graduate Occupational Therapists to support participants with Disability who seek improvement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments.

Program Highlights:

Our graduate program starts with a full week of induction sessions, including an introduction to community practice and life at Better Rehab. We provide ongoing training, 1:1 supervision and opportunities to personalise your work style and schedule.

  • Support: Colleagues who support you through challenges, including a buddy from last year's graduate cohort
  • Supervision: 1:1 supervision to navigate all areas of working with us
  • Ongoing Training: 6 months of induction, training and upskilling
  • Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year
  • Resources: Laptop, phone and ready-to-use therapy and assessment resources
