Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will participate in a structured 12-month graduate program with mentorship and flexible work options.

This role offers:

  • A comprehensive training program with over $10k worth of professional development, support, and mentorship.
  • Weekly learning interactions with experienced allied health professionals.
  • Annual allowance towards professional development and 2 days of study leave.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in a structured 12-month graduate program with a gradual ramp-up period.
  • Completing an initial 12 weeks of intensive graduate training.
  • Working in both clinic and community settings.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Full registration or eligibility upon graduation.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights.
