We are seeking passionate Graduate Occupational Therapists to join our industry-leading, graduate program kicking off in January with roles available across Melbourne.
- Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients' homes to day centers, parks and clinic rooms.
- Collaborate with a committed multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for clients.
The program starts with a comprehensive induction session, including an introduction to community practice, the NDIS and life at the organization.
- Support System: You'll be surrounded by colleagues who provide support through challenges, including a buddy from last year's graduate cohort to answer questions and offer guidance.
- Mentorship: Discipline-specific one-on-one supervision to help navigate working with the organization, including transitioning into full-time work within your new office. They will also provide clinical support within the NDIS and caseload.
- Ongoing Development: 6 months of dedicated training and upskilling to set you up for the rest of the program and future career.
- Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year.
- Resources: Laptop, phone and all sites have therapy and assessment resources ready to use.
