Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by developing initiatives that enhance doctor engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create targeted campaigns and events to attract and retain doctors.
  • Provide insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and future workforce demands.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clinical team's needs and preferences.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be confident using various sourcing and CRM systems, and have a strategic approach to talent acquisition.

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in maximising the tenure of existing doctors, attracting new doctors, and re-engaging past doctors to ensure a strong and sustainable workforce pipeline.
