Event Management Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective event strategies to meet client expectations.
  • Lead front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service and ensure efficient operations.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Event Floor Manager or similar role in premium event venues or restaurants.
  • Exceptional leadership and staff management skills, with a focus on developing and empowering teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is advantageous.
