Event Operations Director Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced event operations director to lead the planning and delivery of large-scale events at a prestigious venue.

This is a challenging role that requires a strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects.

About the Role

The event operations director will be responsible for overseeing the logistical aspects of events, including infrastructure, services, and personnel.

  • Manage end-to-end event planning and delivery to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Foster strong partnerships with contractors and suppliers to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, sponsors, and event partners to align event delivery solutions with strategic objectives.
  • Lead an operations team during planning and live event operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and sustainability throughout all event phases.
Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate contracts, manage budgets.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
