Job Opportunity

A dedicated and compassionate professional is required to ensure exceptional dining experiences for residents, fostering a high level of satisfaction and care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver food to tables and rooms, confirming meal satisfaction and fulfilling requests.
  • Bus tables, change table linens, and reset tables following meal service.
  • Maintain infection control standards and ensure cleanliness of condiment and beverage containers.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed and plate food for delivery.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, tables, and chairs, and reset tables and fold napkins.
  • Establish effective relationships with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees.
Requirements
  • Ability to obtain Food Handler's card.
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Lift and move up to 40 pounds.
  • Demonstrate compassion and interest in working with the senior population.
  • Exhibit a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe demeanor.
  • Develop excellent customer service skills.
  • Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
