Befriend an Elderly Person in Your Community

We are seeking empathetic and kind individuals who can engage in conversations and listen actively. The ideal candidate should be mature, 18+, and have a clear police record (we can assist with obtaining this if needed). We match volunteers with older adults based on shared interests and location, supporting the creation of meaningful friendships through regular visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Form a connection with an elderly person in your community
  • Engage in conversations and activities based on mutual interests
  • Visit regularly, at least once a week or fortnight

Requirements:

  • Empathy and active listening skills
  • Kindness and patience
  • Maturity, 18+ years old
  • A clear police record (assistance available)
