Healthcare Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and administration in a medical setting, with experience in streamlining workflows and developing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the administrative team to deliver effective and efficient internal services.
- Develop and implement new administrative processes and systems.
- Assist with recruitment and selection, and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Coordinate rostering and scheduling, and manage administrative activities.
- Provide administrative support to doctors, practitioners, and midwives.
- 3+ years' experience in medical administration or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of medical protocols and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and medical software.
