Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Site Operations Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a tangible impact on patient care while managing complex projects, overseeing resource allocation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.

  • Ensure the effective management of human, financial and physical assets through appropriate planning and allocation of resources to achieve agreed Division/ Service and strategic plans,
  • Expert contribution is made to best practice Facilities Management planning, implementation and reporting across the agency, which ensures the continual achievement of team objectives and goals,
  • Contributing to the development of an Asset Management Plan, including maintaining up to date condition assessments of all built assets through the application of the SA Health 'traffic light' report and AGFMA condition of asset reports,
  • Coordinating, or contribution to, the provision of a range of expert advice on a range of complex and critical asset and facility related matters, including in relation to the Whole of Government Facilities Management Contract, and other relevant organisational requirements and standards,
  • Identify, manage and treat all risks by applying treatments to reduce threats to staff, clients and general business operations
