The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our highly skilled Diabetes and Endocrinology department.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional mental health services to patients within the gender diverse community, guiding individuals through their gender healthcare journey, offering invaluable support and care.
This role involves providing specialised psychiatric assessment and treatment for gender diverse patients, working within a multidisciplinary team to contribute clinical expertise to treatment planning, hormone readiness assessments, and ongoing mental health support.
The position offers variety through consultation liaison work, community engagement, and potential involvement in service development initiatives.
