Job Description:

Wool Administration and Technical Support Officer

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to work closely with our NSW wool team at our Yennora wool selling centre in Western Sydney.

As a Wool Administration and Technical Support Officer, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service to our branch network and customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake general administration tasks, including preparing and sending reports, coding classer reports, data capture, and supporting weekly wool auctions.
  2. Provide superior customer service to our customers and branch network.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Strong and practical administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
  2. A basic knowledge of the agricultural industry and the wool industry would be advantageous.
  3. The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  4. A passion for providing excellent customer service.
