We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team at the Gunning Wool Store in NSW.
New positions will start in January 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an established, dynamic team and help us provide exceptional service to our customers.About UsFox & Lillie is a 100% Australian family-owned and operated wool export, buying, and broking business with an extensive network of regional branches, international offices, and wool processing facilities.Fox & Lillie operates two core businesses in wool.
Fox & Lillie is the company's wool trading and export business, and Fox & Lillie Rural is the company's rural services business.
Combined we employ over 120 people throughout the two businesses with over 15 regional wool stores located throughout NSW and Victoria.About the RoleWe are seeking a Store Person to join our team at the Gunning Wool Store.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.
This position offers real development opportunities for the right candidate who is eager to grow within our business.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the day-to-day operations of the wool storeHelp with wool receivals, testing, and shippingLoad and unload trucks (Forklift operation)Handle wool, including pressingAssist with scheduling wool pickupsPerform on-farm pickupsOngoing career development and mentoring for motivated individualsAbout You: Our ideal candidate will be:Experienced in a similar role or related fieldAble to work unsupervised and show initiativeComputer and data entry skillsHighly motivated and self-drivenHolding a forklift certificationHR truck license would be advantageousA great communicator with a desire to work in a team and build a long-term careerApplications will be reviewed and shortlisted in early 2025.
